Many cross-border sellers will use Shopify to build a website, and there are many ways for Shopify sellers to deliver goods, so what should be paid attention to when Shopify uses Amazon to deliver orders?

There are many ways to ship from shopify, you can use Amazon FBA to ship. Before setting up Amazon FBA delivery, the seller needs to have an Amazon seller account. In Amazon MWS, you need to associate your Shopify store with the Amazon seller account; return to the Shopify store after completion.

After activating the delivery by Amazon FBA, the seller's Amazon shipping fee is added to their own shipping settings, and then the buyer will show these shipping rates to the customer when they check out in your store. When the order is shipped through Amazon FBA, it may be Received an error message.

After setting up, the seller should also set up Shipping in the Shopify background. Note the following:

  1. The Shipping rate name in Shopify should be the same as the Shipping rate in Amazon FBA.

  2. In the Shipping page, choose to set the freight by weight, do not choose to set the freight by price.

If you want to disable Amazon FBA shipping, the seller also has to manually stop it.

Shopify ships with FBA

  1. Products using the Amazon FBA shipping service will not be able to store the products in the location you manage.

  2. The seller can set the inventory to be updated by Shopify. It is recommended to choose Amazon to ensure that the correct inventory level is maintained for your shipping and dropshipping services.

  3. When canceling an order in Shopify containing a product that was shipped by Amazon, the seller also needs to manually cancel the shipment in Amazon to prevent the product from being shipped.

  4. For Shopify orders shipped through Amazon FBA, sellers can only ship products within the same country, and cross-border shipping is not supported.
